Morning all, I added 23p from Qmee and did a mystery shop yesterday, I also did my first survey with the organisation I've seen referred to as the people of the forest
don't know how long that money takes to come through.
I am debating whether to do a car boot on Sunday -- may be a bit cold for a wimp like me. Have a great Friday everyone, hope you make loads of money and don't do yourself an injury scouring pavements, car parks and more for discarded cash and receipts0 -
Well, i've changed my settings on quidco this morning. I have over £40 sat there so have requested my minimum payment to be £10. The money isn't due to hit my account till 15th-ish but thats something to look forward to I guess! I've also checked an MS site. I have £25 sat there so that will be coming around 10th I think. So no actual money made yet, but at least I know I have some coming!
Also my clubcard points have gone, so I assume I will be getting them this month. I only get mine once a year. Think i had around £40 worth, which I will be doubling up. I also have a little bit of savings with them. Around £60 I think. Won't be adding that though as I haven't "made" it if you know what I mean. But it will certainly come in handy for christmas shop!
Anyone else shop at Iceland? There is a spend and save promotion on at the moment. Spend £16 on 4 or 5 occasions before the end of the month (can't remember exact dates), and I get £8 put on my card to spend next month. I shop there quite a bit so will be taking part in that. Its not the same amount for everyone though. My mam only has to spend £8 4 or 5 times and she gets £5 put on her card. I'm guessing it all depends how much you spend in the shop. Still tho, because I shop there often it will be money for nothing won't it??
Well i'm rambling now. Have a good day everyone! Ohh, before I forget, I decided not to add wages from 2nd job anymore. I will however still be adding my tips. I also have one of those money tins that need opening with a tin opener. I will also be adding that this month as my parents and brother often put money in there to say thanks for lunch (I make it every Sunday for them). Every £1 off them all adds up. Was gonna leave it till next month but because my wages are gonna be very short (half pay first job, no wage second job) from being on the sick i'm gonna need that to get me through. Back at work to my second job next week. Only a couple of shifts but back to normal the week after. At least they are very considerate and flexible to my health issues. Not alot of employers like that around these days!!
I really need to shut up now! Have a good day!

I have been procrastinating lately and sticking my head in the sand a lot more than I should be!!
Anyway had a wake up call when I got back from my DH grandad's funeral yesterday to find that my CC payment had bounced which has never happened before - luckily DH covered it (was going to lie but glad I didn't - he was a star!!). It was the £24 in fees that stung the most!! But enough is enough - £10 a day from now til easter (trying to get at least half in cash) means it can be gone!! So I'm back with a vengeance
Got a new contract at the school - only 12.5 hours a week but its a start, although I don't get paid til the 15th!! Will be enough to stop my account being rubber, at least!! Carers owe me money for the summer so will ring them and rant later. And I finally have a tax code so hopefully can claw back some overpayments there too!!
Anyway waffle over, head is out the sand, and am kicking off November with 30p from Trailer Apps!
