£4 from a mystery shop from last month paid out today.

Everyone...I'm actually shaking right now. Last month, I entered a competition to win £10,000 as the UK's savviest shopper. Not only do you get £10,000, but they also help you develop your blog (if you don't have one then they help you create one). I spent a lot of time on my entry, and........

    I'M IN THE FINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to go to London next weekend and be interviewed :D

:T Congrats! Keep us all posted!

That's pretty inspirational Mavvymoo, go you, such an achievement xx

Good luck Emmaglet I would love to read your blog.

Blimmin 'eck Aesop I hope you have been able to recover from that, sounds so awful.

I'm posting this in case it's useful to anyone, I just logged on to TopCashback and saw I had a payment due of £1.38 (with £3 something still pending) but it said that this was 'being held back for a fee' as I hadn't opted out of a free trial of a 'Plus' service on there -- which costs £5 I think. I sent a message to say I would like to opt out straight away and they have downgraded me.

I just wondered if anyone else wanted to check if they were still down as part of this paid for membership, I'm sure it must have its benefits but I don't want to pay.

I got 19p added in n3ctar points from buying some petrol yesterday, have signed up for another mystery shop, this one worth £13 and only down the road from me, pleased with that.

Still hanging on to possibility of car boot sale on Sunday, weather forecast round these parts doesn't look *too* bad.

No roadkill for me as ever but I honestly saw 2 pheasants on country roads this morning -- don't think I'm cut out for that sort of roadkill.

And I'm going to Ikea tonight, wonder if there is any by the hotdogs. . .

    Cheers all.

Woohoo - it's a new month and a new figure that I'm aiming for.

I cant believe how well today has gone:

£3 vouchers from the forest people (my second - I only joined 3 weeks ago)
    $2 Instagc Amazon voucher
£91 - sold our daughters crib.

  • What are the Forest People? I'm kinda hoping they're magical people who live in the forest and buy old newspapers off you, but I have a feeling I might be disappointed :p

Pinecone surveys, Pinecone being the company that co-ordinates the surveys and payment of vouchers.
