Everyone...I'm actually shaking right now. Last month, I entered a competition to win £10,000 as the UK's savviest shopper. Not only do you get £10,000, but they also help you develop your blog (if you don't have one then they help you create one). I spent a lot of time on my entry, and........

Good luck Emmaglet I would love to read your blog.
Blimmin 'eck Aesop I hope you have been able to recover from that, sounds so awful.
I'm posting this in case it's useful to anyone, I just logged on to TopCashback and saw I had a payment due of £1.38 (with £3 something still pending) but it said that this was 'being held back for a fee' as I hadn't opted out of a free trial of a 'Plus' service on there -- which costs £5 I think. I sent a message to say I would like to opt out straight away and they have downgraded me.
I just wondered if anyone else wanted to check if they were still down as part of this paid for membership, I'm sure it must have its benefits but I don't want to pay.
I got 19p added in n3ctar points from buying some petrol yesterday, have signed up for another mystery shop, this one worth £13 and only down the road from me, pleased with that.
Still hanging on to possibility of car boot sale on Sunday, weather forecast round these parts doesn't look *too* bad.
No roadkill for me as ever but I honestly saw 2 pheasants on country roads this morning -- don't think I'm cut out for that sort of roadkill.
And I'm going to Ikea tonight, wonder if there is any by the hotdogs. . .
