Woo hoo nice total :j go girl
Thanks mavvymoo! I wasn't expecting the money until next month so it was a lovely surprise and it will save me a nice chunk in interest too! Pretty darn happy! Expecting $2145 from the insurance for hubby's ring tomorrow and have ordered him a sterling replacement for £34. We will replace it properly in a couple of years when we are truly on our feet. So the cc is going to be getting hammered even harder!

Well hello.
Today I have added £71.35. This is made up of:
£57 in building society interest on a regular savings account I closed today after the 12 months was up. The rate was 4.1 per cent but sadly it has now dropped to 3.3 which after tax has no benefit to anyone who can get 3 per cent in a current account, you were allowed to put £250 in a month, still a nice way to put money away for Christmas over 12 months I should imagine, I had underestimated how much I would get as didn't allow for the £250 I opened the account with.
I planned my route to the building society past a lady's house who was buying £4 of stuff from me off Facebook.
Makes me laugh
The rest (around a tenner comes from eBuy sales which I am sulking about! I was pinning my hopes on 2 dresses I've always considered my best ones -- one went for £6.93 and the other £1.20 -- that makes me laugh as well.
Booked another MS for tomorrow to go and have my lunch in a cafe. Am determined to sell my wii as well, am going to try Facebook I think rather than eBuy.
Am continuing my saga of £100 owed through PC Wurld cashback, it's a shambles and I won't be caught like that again xx0 -

Another £12.58 from eBay received today (after paying for deliveries)
Plus a saving of £49.99 on some software I bought (BOGOF) AND I was going to buy both anyway and as an added extra, I will even get some cash-back:money:
This month's total is now £185.18:j
Will hopefully have another £30 to report when one item gets collected:j
Already on a roll for December (I only declare once it hits my bank account or is actually saved):
Another £80 from ebay sales (thanks to PP delaying payment) can't work out how some payments come straight through while others are held for 3 weeks?
And £22.86 cash back due (although this may not hit the account until January).
Plus just looked at nectar points - there's another £57 there (wow that's nearly all due to diesel purchases :eek::eek:) which will be used next month."Whether you think you can, or you think you can't -- you're right" - Henry Ford0 -
