Was thinking today when I first joined MSE back in the day :)

I remember always reading this thread thinking how on earth do people make an extra £10 a day  I know I could never do that :)
So joined the make an extra payment a week challenge instead which really helped me a lot.
Then when I got braver I joined this thread and to be honest now I don't know what I would have done without it :rotfl:
So to anyone who lurks on this thread and thinks there is no way I could do that :( You sure as hell can do it :T:T:T
I am living proof of that along with all the other regulars who make that little bit extra every month :):)
So thank you too Aesop and everyone else on here :T:T:T My life wouldn't be the same without all of you :T:T:T

That's brilliant Mavvymoo. Soo much how I feel though only been posting for a little while - I lurked for ages - and have found it inspirational !!

    WHY CAN'T I USE ANY SMILIES ???????

Anyway - rather a surprise today. Had a letter to say I have been successful in my application to get all my light bulbs replaced by Green Homes to LEDs - Yippee. We have been looking to do this during the last few weeks and would have cost at least £96 so thought I would apply for the scheme. Great news as will save leccy as well.

Have a good Saturday one and all
