I had a diamond once and I lost it.
1/4 carat engagement ring trouble is I wore it all the time, even while washing up etc. The only time I took if off was to make pastry.
One xmas eve I did just that, took it off while making mince pies and I know when I put it on again late that night the diamond was there. We were all sat opening presents on xmas morning and I noticed this black hole where the diamond should have been.
Everything had to stop, we had every bit of wrapping paper out of the bin bags, Mr TS took apart the plumbing of the sinks not really what you want to be doing on xmas morning. I did remember catching my ring on my towelling dressing gown so I think it must have loosened a claw. But I never found it again.:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

This is my intention. I have exchanged before and bought earrings, but I was thinking if I focus I may get something nicer.
My jewellery is very limited, I have two pairs of ear rings - white gold and both curtesy of T*sco CC. A necklace that OH bought for our 25th - silver, and a bracelet that a colleague bought me when I left. So I have never indulged, as we could never afford to. Still cannot afford to.. but will try to focus on the points and exchange for next year.100 -
Good evening all. For how are we?
I've been a busy bee today. Made some gorgeous spicy pumpkin patties thank to the 10p ones from Sainsbob's. Just made the Sada scary pitta pizza's (method is in the monthly magazine) now and they were totes gorge! Had the kids with me and they loved making spooky faces on them!
Hope the cleaning glitch is still working on Wednesday as I am at work 7am to 6pm for the next 2 days and won't get chance to go.
Have fun all.
PS. Tweets, I'm stuck on 277 now. Errrr.0 -

Shall I remove it I don't want to offend, I know it is dubious but it is occasionally used a virtual hug on here, and I think Mad would smile.
Don't be daft...if anyone find it offensive they need to get a grip!:eek:djrich1975 wrote: »Thank you, i dont see many going half price tomorrow though..
Don't just look at the half price offers, the 3 for £2 and the only £1 offers go in to the basket at full price too!"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
