fairclaire wrote: »OK, understandable if your new to glitching. As you'll have gathered, there's never a good outcome with returning chilled food. It will either end up in a bin or it will be returned to the chiller for some unsuspecting customer to re buy.
As you returned it anyway, it would have been better to do it instore, before the food had been out the chiller too long.....no harm done that way. It's a learning curve and hopefully you won't panic next time it goes wrong (and it will)
I'm not preaching, sorry if it sounds like I am. Hopefully just giving good adviceive even moaned at my sil about returning fresh food

I think when you collect your order the steak will be reduced to half price, so if you when you put them in basket today and all the packs totalled £60, tomorrow you will actually pay £30 less the £15 for a new customer so you end up paying £15.0 -

Confused ... Steaks in T click and collect ... snakes in A vW shop? Or do you mean you bought both in two shops? Apparently Ts it shows as the higher price online but when you collect it is cheaper.
