I did notice yes, but I was very nervous and just wanted to shop and run.

Look, I hope you will take this as simply advice (I'm not having a go at you or anything nasty). Its no good doing an expensive, bigger shop like 3 meal deals when you are unsure and nervous - better to try just one at a time and get you confidence up a bit. Jumping in with a big shop and having it go wrong is unfortunate to say the least. And, its no good being too nervous to ask why a shop that should have come to £30 or so has come to nearly £60 - that really is asking for trouble. Perhaps you need to read back on other poeples posts and copy their shops until you are more confident.

    74p/bottle?

    12 bottles, you paid £20 - 3 for £5.

    Tosco cost = £15
    APG thinks you paid £24.60

    So.... APG voucher of (24.60 - 15) + (15 * 0.1) = 11.10
Total cost to you £20-11.10 = £8.90 for 12 bottles

Can these beers be bought in lesser amounts?

I wouldn't mind getting some for a gift but don't need that many.

You could have added £2.48 to your BM and made £1.50 on quidco by buying Nescafe gold blend 200g:D:D in your shop.

Only available for an online shop unfortunately - need to work out my shops as MSM offered me free VIP delivery until end of December.

Read the reviews; suitable for all the family...14 years +.

Dads, mums and grandparents are all having a bash on them.

15 yr old and 33 yr old, sorted :-) also ordered the spare parts for. Both of them. At just under £20 it's a real bargain thanks.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

3 for £5 in A. 4 for £5 in T. 12 is the lowest common multiple so gives the best value.

My oh eventually appeared around 7pm ish asking what's to eat lol but I did enjoy the peace:p

I have been out with a friend for lunch and he had been shifting a load of stuff after the decorating business. He decided he needed a reward so took himself off to the pub :D

Mr TS reappeared around 7.30pm just after a load of fireworks had gone off. ;)

He assured me he had been laying down wide awake for at least an hour watching it get dark. :rotfl:I think the big bangs woke him up. :D

can anyone suggest the best place to buy a litre of whisky please someones asked me to get them one its not something i normally buy.
just wondered if anyone could recommend a deal theyd spotted please.
    thank you

William Grants 1L or Bells Original Scotch 1L Avs T? (No question at all about that being the right comp. - question mark means a suggestion by me.)

    Oh..hello by the way!! Friday:j:j.

But...things to do:( (again - and I mean RL!).

I've now finished (the first version of) the "SP" list!!:j How to use it - I've just put what I believe to be the best comp(s) after each item. Be aware though that this may be quickly out of date - a couple of changes I've spotted tonight: SP Spag Bolognese Tin - which shot up to 48p, perhaps A now think that was a little too much, has gone down to 46p (same price in T as that) but this was 19p earlier in the year. SP Fisherman's Pie is now down from 75p (that is was when I first put the list up) to 71p - but still not 10% cheaper than S's 75p. M have increased their prices recently on their Savers fresh ready meals, apart from the Spaghetti Bolognese (this is the fresh one, don't confuse with the tin;)) - all the others, I think they are no better than S's price.

Prices do change every day, so do check the items you plan to buy on msm/msl on the day of your shopping. The list therefore just a guide, may help to work out what generally goes vs T, vs S, vs M, if just A and T or just A and S (or just A, in the case of A and M) show with prices on msm.

The word "filler" after a comp suggestion means the item should return N/A at the competitor (which is what is wished for, if not a price the same and 10% off it). Other competitors than the ones shown may be much more expensive. Sometimes M doesn't appear, when perhaps it could be an M filler (note M and W comps. are not avail. to Northern Ireland) as felt to be more risky (APG may have found an item instore in Morries than I didn't find in my store) - I've stuck my neck out if felt to be relatively safe. *All* items vs W will be W fillers as W doesn't have any equivalent range to Smartprice. I usually resort to W if items are available cheapest (by more than 10%) in A compared to anywhere else. So some may check to see if some of the 'W fillers' are possible T vs As. (They won't be Sains Brand Match vs A, or vs T, as these are all own-brand items.)

Finally, one to mention: the SP Lasagne Sheets are still (just about) A 39p vs T 32p (as of tonight, according to msm). I spotted M's version earlier tonight had now gone up to 39p. But it was 32p on my check on Wednesday, the relevant date for the APG check, so I suspect it will/at least should return 32p vs M until Sunday (into Monday). (Thank goodness I keep these historic records for you:rotfl::rotfl:.) On that basis it's been entered as T and M on the list rather than deleting M off it just yet!

All advice taken on board by everyone that has offered it. I've just started glitching so I'm keen but obviously hasty. I am annoyed with myself about the wasted food, and will in the future read all post more thoroughly.
