Pleased to hear you have the key for now, time to think up an explanation. ;)

Funny I am never warned not to get any more wine and beer but was told the other day not to bring any more crisps home. :o And told in no uncertain terms we have enough beans. I only have 8 packs. :(

Must admit those big bags of Doritoes are a bit awkward to store. So what do I do today walk in with 7 more bags. :rotfl:

Oh no, I think she may have found a spare key. Latest text says,

Good afternoon everyone. Sorry to keep asking questions but was after a bit of help re: Tescos and the price promise. I am trying to do a weekly shop and also come out with a pp if possible.

1st question: can the pp only be against one other supermarket and is sainsbury's one of the comparisons?

2nd question: if you put in items that are on offer in Ts and more expensive in sainsburys does that detract from the pp?

3rd question: can you also use vouchers with your shop and still get a pp, as I have the £5 off helping hand voucher plus my cc vouchers came today and thought I could use them.

Many thanks for all your help & advice.:)

Wealthy girl yes I think you need to target a specific shop, yes items that are more expensive elsewhere will detract from your overall pp and yes you can use vouchers :)

have a look at the excellent 1st post on this thread for more info !:D

And now that you have found this thread you will find the information invaluable, and you will wonder how you ever survived without it.
It took a while to realise that I must not shop for bargains to put in my trolley, unless they are very good ones or evening whopsies, and if I do pick these up they go in a corner of the trolley to be paid for separately..... You'll find it all strange at first, and may think a few of the folk here are too :o;):p, but you'll get used to them. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
