Well done to the folk that got the Mr Muscle and commiserations to the ones that didn't. I got some cleaning products yesterday but messed up and bought Relentless instead of Rockstar (quidco offer) and when I took them back for a refund, she took the receipt so no APG for me. Oh well. Whatevs.
Bloody freezing tonight. Off to bed in a bit. Hope you all have fun whatever you may get up to. Speak soon.
PS. Got an email off of Tosco reminding me I had clubcard vouchers to use up before Novemeber. Just checked it's almost £200. !!!!!!!
Double that up and you have the best part of £400!!!!:j:j:beer::beer::beer::beer:0 -
Sounds a fabulous evening rhosynbach. Could you not have made room for one more.
This is the first year we have not put a pumpkin in our porch. It's usually a tradition to have something lit around here so trick or treaters know if to call. I left the porch light on instead tonight.
we also had first year without a pumpkin shops had all sold out yesterday did go to all the big shops and none any where..

After being raided by a few greedy ones (one girl took 7 sweets apparently) We ran out of fillers, so when they asked trick or treat i replied with "Treat" and held my hand out. Most just stood there in silence and one girl offered me a hair band!0 -
Evening allHi Tiger, I hope you enjoy it. I done this a few years ago, loved it as it took me and DH out for next to nothing. I am now wearing my sensible hat and will add I think it's still classed as being self employed and you "should" notify HMRC with 3 months, but with mileage allowance and costs you do not usually make a profit. Enjoy.
Thanks mrs mac. Love a freebie :TI'm torn between staying near or moving in on Tigers territory
Oi, get orf my paaaatttch (Phil Mitchell style) :rotfl:
He heYou only want to go there as better a's:(:rotfl::rotfl:Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0 -
Two, then three, now possibly four, things on the 'to-do' list for tonight.
I should have mentioned last night that the SP Low Fat Yogurts (4x125g) - which were 33p Avs M only at 33p (meaning N/A vs T, S and W), are off vs M. M is now 45p:eek:. I would have then suggested putting them as a filler on Avs T/S/W, although no longer getting 10% the 33p. However, I've now seen that they are now 45p:eek: in A, so advice is not to buy them at all.
Instead, we now switch to the Eday Value Low Fat Fruit Yogurts (4x125g) in T at 33p (just about). But do not use them on a Tvs A (or presumably a Tvs M) shop, as they will highly highly likely compare 33p vs 45p on T PP.
That's because the fruits in T's version are different enough to fail the MSM comparison criteria for the APG, but under the T&Cs of the T PP, T makes 'every attempt' to find a match and therefore sometimes the net is cast wider under T PP. The A SP product is therefore comparable to the T Eday one for the purposes of the T PP, although not for the purposes of the APG.
Oh..forgetting.. the 'things to do' -
The two things were (are), firstly, the SP list and, secondly, as an offshoot from that, and with T being highest in price on its Value Tea, for example, whilst S's Fairtrade basics product remains at 27p, I've decided also to bring forth one that will doubtless infuriate Mr S and contain items that T PP hopefully will compare to cheaper at S under a Tvs S comp. Also prompted by the Eday Cornflakes being 65p but S's Basics cornflakes (which are non-comparable, in Sains. view because of, in Sains. opinion, Sains better quality) staying on 31p. So, in short, the Tvs S list!!:D
Thirdly, the M list remains to do. And, perhaps from that or elsewhere, my post about whether the items I mark as N/A at the competitor on the lists (which may be referred to as 'fillers') really will be N/A elsewhere - in short are they 'safe' or is it somewhat a risk?
How many of those four I'll manage tonight I don't know. I've decided it is easier to print the SP (Eday) list (... 6 pages) and go through it manually and then enter the result on here - just taking forever otherwise scrolling up and down online here. I might start off Tvs S - there is a Tvs S post early on this thread which I can update there - for now, starting it off:
Tvs S (as at 31/10 - prices according to msm, but will need to check sains.co.uk as T uses prices from the latter)
T Eday Value Tea Bags (80)
39p 27p
T Eday Value Cornflakes (500g)
65p 31p
Oh..and..
T Eday Value Low Fat Fruit Yogurts (4x125g)
33p N/A:rotfl: (A 45p and Morries 45p:D) (Does not compare on APG, as I've already said.)0 -

I got in touch with sun + today to see where my morri's voucher was but they told me on live chat that they have to slow things down as their system crashed with the amount going out :rotfl:0

I'm going to (AIM) to go out at 5.00 am to test the cobras. Does anybody know if I'm allowed to buy alcohol at that time? ie.. I know you can't buy it after 11.00 pm but is there a time in the morning before you cant buy it?
:pHappy Bunny:p
Life is like a pipe and I'm a tiny penny rolling up the walls inside.
