Sorry, I wasn't clear as usual. The receipt i'd put through the system is still showing NA. So I've lost that forever. But as luck would have it, I was in a hurry to go out (to meet my sister fo r lunch), and did not bother to run the other reciepts through the system as I thought they'd all be NA.

Just now, I read on here that they're working again, so I put the remaining shops through and they are WORKING! :D

    Hi there everyone!:):)

More evidence that it depends on what information the system holds at the time you first enter your receipt.
You were clear, it was me just rambling.

Why does the system say try again next month when the bloody thing won't let you?:(

It used to allow this to happen. You could submit your receipt again (if it was still within 28 days of the shop) in the new calendar month and it would allow you to enter details and obtain a voucher. That would then have counted towards the number of claims for the new month. (It was best not tried in the very early hours of the 1st of a month, however, as it seemed sometimes the APG hadn't yet 'clicked over' to the new month (a bit like Nectar search, seems sometimes only to reset to zero and allow more points to be collected from around 6am on the 1st day of the month, not from 00:00:+00) - if you re-entered it on the 1st, but the APG was still on the old month, it then treated it as a claim for the 1st and was then locked as you couldn't then claim, within 28 days, in what was in actuality the new month already.)

Now however, and the message hasn't yet changed (as far as I know, I always take care to avoid getting it), nor have the T&Cs, if you now get the 'you have reached your limit' by claiming an eleventh time in the same month, it will lock completely and no attempts the following month will work - it won't even unlock the fields to allow you to type in the email and name and address.

It's the same as everything - the people that need to know in order to change the message on the website aren't told, information isn't communicated from one to where it needs to get, jobs are left incomplete and not finished - these non-autistic workers are a nightmare:D.

Stick a 5 on the end. Receipts always show 1 digit less. :)

Thank you, I never noticed that :)

The year the smartie tubes were cheap we had over 70 trick or treaters. Somehow I think the message was being passed around. :D

The 5 on the end of the box receipt is just a check digit for when the barcode is scanned. Once it's successfully scanned then it becomes redundant, hence the receipts don't have the final digit on them :)
