Tmobile Booster (chargeable?) Query
Until today I had a Sim Only plan with T-Mobile and had the Unlimited T-Mobile Talk booster which I paid £4.25 per month for. Today I changed to a £21 per month contract which included a free booster, I opted for the Unlimited TMobile talk one. The sales assistant struggled to sort it all out as wasn't familiar with the T-Mobile side of EE.
Now, when I log in online it shows the chargable booster as being ticked, and the free one as not. I can unselect the chargable one, but cannot select the free one.
I have just phoned 150 and spoken to somebody who told me that I had the free booster and it probably hadn't updated so to leave it but it has updated to show my new plan and I'm concerned I'm going to get charged for the booster.
This is how it is shown when I log in (sorry for size):

I've unticked the box for the chargeable one and it's now turned grey.
My only concern is that there isn't a tick in the box of the free Booster. However it is in the 'Your Current Services' section - does this matter that it is unticked?0 -
I'm now unable to send or receive text messages. I have no idea if this is linked?0

Hope you don't mind me saying, you appear to be paying an awful lot for that
I've just been offered, 300 minutes, 300 texts & 1 free booster for £8
** the free booster being unlimited data/internet0 -
Not at all, I'm afraid I'm tied in now and it was a rather hurried change from sim only to this contract due to broken phone. They did have cheaper options but with much lower allowance and the booster no long include unlimited data (I needed tmobile minutes anyway) this one seemed to fit the bill best, just a shame it's not similar to your price!0
