Google Wallet is currently US only, no UK or Spanish recipients for the moment.

OP don't be a fool with your money, either buy an older or higher mileage model for the same as the scammers price.

Actually, Google Wallet exists, as a way of using your smartphone to pay at credit card terminals (in America) or sending money Paypal stylee (to people in America)
They offer the usual worthless 100% guarantee (no cover for any mistakes you make, like sending the money to a dishonest person)
They are certainly not escrow agents.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Blakeman11 wrote: »Any advice would be good - as anyone heard of any scams where by British registered cars are sold from Europe (Spain) at extremely low prices?
I have been communicating with an individual who is selling his car via Autotrader (nearly new vehicle at approx £10k below normal prices) - he has been extremely helpful and upfront about every part of the deal. He has financial probs hence requires quick sale, will pay for shipping to and from if I do not want the car, suggested payment method via Google wallet, therefore all the benefits of inpsction by their inspectors, delivery to my house.
Without placing every detail on here, there looks like there is absolutely no risk to me whatsoever, i simply place the money in Goggle wallet and the car will turn up with all relevant paperwork and documents - no import duties as car still registered in Britain.
But it seems too good to be true - and we all know what that means.
Please help or advise if you can as I would love to go ahead but feel like I'm missing something.
Next time you have any contact with this scammer you should tell him to-
