I have mailed them too signed for, no response other than a delivery date. I also unticked the box against them forwarding my information to 3rd parties which they have done so.

So you've taken the first step. Now, rather than wasting money you haven't got on a court case you are likely to lose, send them another letter, complaining that they haven't refunded you and if they still don't respond take them to the FOS.

I applied for a payday loan, then decided it wasn't a good idea, as I would be better just selling some stuff on ebay to cover my outgoings. I applied via what seemed a quite reputable firm, but they have handed my card details onto a firm called

mwsf.co.uk, who are basically, these people :

EQI Independent Ltd trading as Moneywarehouse PO BOX 290, Cheadle, Cheshire

Anyway they have basically stolen 39.87 from my account today, meaning I can't go shopping (yes sad and broke I know) and my bank rbs , just couldn't care less.

Your whole post just seems to be a broken quote of the OP - do you actually have a question or are you just trying to up your post count?

If you've had money taken from your account by them then read the whole thread and you'll learn what to do to ask for it back.

I had£39.87. Taken on Monday. I sent email requesting cancel and refund. I.sent couple also asking for confirmation of my emails. To no avail.so I took dillingeresc tactic, and sent similar email.. low.and behold . I have received an email from them 2day , asking for my details to refund my money. I have also contacted my bank to let them know that I have given out my details to have money put back in.
So thank you dillingeresc. It worked.

Yes it worked but its not the authorised method to use, the correct way is to write to them. In future read what you are entering your card details for.
