    Thanks I'll try that just want it to end.

    I don't see why I should pay for there mistake, it the principle of it now, they should not be able to get away with it.

    If it was me I would probably just pay it to get rid of the hassle. I'm not sure it worth messing up my credit file and having to deal with bailiffs/debt collectors.

    However I accept I just like an easy life and so if you've the time and inclination to fight it then go for it!

    Abysmal advice. As has already been pointed out, it won't affect their credit file. They aren't going to get baliffs either.

    If your consumer rights advice is simply to roll over and accept what any company says, why on earth do you post on this forum?

    I can only thank everyone for there responses, and you all make good points. It's the principle now. Yes it would just be easier to just pay up, believe me I've thought about it. It's the way Holiday Gems have gone about it. I have tried to contact them but they just don't want to reply, so why should I just rollover and just do as they say. IT WAS THERE ERROR. It was not MINE.
