  • Been reading your updates Pollyanna. You are doing great.
I'm doing ok. Think OPs will be low this month but we'll see. I'm due a new mortgage deal in July so need to research it and see if I can lower my term or payments. Who did you get your mortgage with? I have been with the Ha1ifax forever cos no one else will give me a large mortgage.

  • No spends today. Staying in and doing housework. Sounds boring but I like the order of it all. By Friday our house usually looks like we have been burgled.:rotfl:

I'm having a wobble again about the size of the mortgage. My CSA halves in 4 years and I will still have a 6 figure mortgage when I'm nearly 50.
Sometimes I wish I could sell this house and downsize BUT I love this house and it's location. It is only bricks and mortar though so I could love somewhere else with more disposable income??
Hate it when I feel like this but it is an ongoing angst :(

  • Aww just try to take it one day at a time happy. A lot can change in 4 years and you may be in a very different position then to what you think you might be in. You're doing great so just try to focus on that. :)

Hi happydays - thanks for posting in my diary - I've read through your's and subscribed :)

I think it's natural to have a wobble from time to time, I think you're doing brill if that helps :D x
  • Thanks sellotape.
I've had a letter from the CSA to tell me that my agreement stops with them in 6 months. I have to make a private arrangement with their Dad or incur charges for them to sort it. Whatever way it goes it is unpleasant. The CSA were the intermediary, that was the cushion or the support. I don't feel as secure as I did and I worry that he will lower the amount :(
