    In Scotland and NI, currently the simplest way to deal with a private ticket on a leased/company car is to make an "appeal" in your own name, then just ignore all further correspondence short of genuine court papers, which you are very highly unlikely to ever see - They cannot go back to the lease-co/company after that. ;)

    Indeed. But that works on the basis that the leaser/company pass it to the driver in the first place, and don't just pay up (which is what my company's car policy says will happen for fines) ... hence why I have emailed all the parties involved with MY car to tell them not to pay Parking charge notices. :)
