I have sent you a pm, and did find this link even though I wasn't aware of it before:

    http://www.lawcentres.org.uk/

I gather you are talking about the Range Southampton, lainieee?

There's no Law Centre listed very near to you but if I were you, I would be on the phone to the nearest one on Monday morning to help you get the judgment set aside and advise you about counter-claiming and if you may be eligible for fee assistance/waiver?

    The Law Centres website says:

Law Centres offer legal advice, casework and representation to individuals and groups...and they aim to 'uphold justice and advance equality'. :)

Lainieee I hope you have had it confirmed that the PE CCJ has been set aside for you to make a counter claim now?

Have you seen ParkingPrankster's offer of help for people with court claims from PE which effectively is the stage you have got it back to now:

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/do-you-have-court-hearing-with.html

Hopefully Daisy will be able to offer you some help with an LBC for the Range next week re the counter claim and getting them added as a party answerable for the indirect discrimination.

Yep, it is still in hand and lainieee has managed to get this to a hearing to attempt to get the CCJ set aside. It will all be updated in the end and a lot is happening off-forum. Glad you hadn't forgotten about her, bod1467!

Hadn't known of this one. Thanks for bringing it into my orbit.
I don't actively 'do' f/b, had never heard of The Range, but now know I wouldn't touch one with a bargepole.
Made an exception, went to f/b and see loads of current complaints re:shoddy merchandise and CS - a good fit with arkingpie.

    You have your own orbit?

Ampersand does indeed, and told us on another thread that she is 60+ tomorrow in our 'earth years'!

Bargepole won't touch it either - except in court!
