You're right, I was too hasty with my response.I do think it is a lot simpler and obvious to just work with the difference between two readings - don't need to track down each and every bill and find all the figures. Too easy to lose track even when you know what you are doing. (Especially if there are any price changes or nsc tariffs*).
*And, no, I am not arguing against myself there!0
