Not as I understand it:

Participants must RT one clue plus tweet @Tesco the correct answer to that clue within the hourly draw’s timeframe or RT Quote one clue with the correct answer within the hourly draw’s timeframe.

So, so long as you have retweeted a clue, you don't need to quote it in reply with the answer.
