Not sure that 'seeing' the ballroom is strictly correct as it's directly below the tower - Tesco might be using a little poetic licence!
However, the Big One is a rollercoaster at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, so I'm pretty sure it has to be Blackpool tower.0 -
