In Photobucket, when you select the photo you want to upload, there is a symbol (top right of screen) of a two-link chain. Click on this and a drop down box appears with various 'code' options. You need to click on IMG Code, it will tell you that it has copied this to your clipboard.
Then, back to your thread and open a Reply window. Click on the small square icon that looks like a landscape of a mountain against a yellow background. This will open an image address box.
Delete the http:// from the address box and paste the link from your clipboard (Ctrl + V on a PC). Click OK and a fairly lengthy image address will appear in your Reply box.
Almost there!
You will notice in that image address there will be two's at the end of the line. Delete one of each including the square brackets.
Press Preview Post button and check they the image is showing, then hit the Submit Reply button. Jobs done. Now what's difficult about that?
Don't answer - it took me ages to work it out when I first tried to upload an image. Hope it works for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Does it use the word 'creditor' at all anywhere to identify UKPC?
Does it state the actual contravention?
Is it headed up Notice to Keeper?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1) no mention of creditor
2) breach of terms and conditions of parking?
3) Charge notice, then underneath has times in, out, duration etc.0
