Been around a while, it went on for about a month with me before they gave up. Any email that starts with dear customer should be ignored.

It would be useful to include both the email address it came from and the subject header.

Not addressed personally, no customer postal address, bad spelling, bad grammar, no Tel number.

Just one of the above would mean its a scam, but that email has a full house.

And where would DHL possibly get the email address of the recipient from??

Most couriers will ask for this from the sender as like DPD and Interlink, they will email the recipient with a 1 hrs time slot for delivery.

But yes in this case its a 100% SCAM
