Mobile outlet / Phonebox Direct - reliable?

I am looking for a SE k800i or a Samsung U600. I have seen both of them free after claiming cashback on both Mobile Outlet and Phonebox Direct. Does anyone know if either of them are reliable when it comes to paying out on cashback claims?

Definitely avoid The Mobile Outlet (not used them but been following them and asked awkward questions which they didn't reply to - t&c are appalling) and go with Phonebox Direct or Coolnewmobile (same company). Not the safest place, but much better IF you understand AND closely follow the t&c. I have a contract with them and another with their sister site but not yet got to the claim stage - but will get more contracts through them and do understand the t&c. Of course, bow those with more direct experience IF they HAVE followed the t&c!

My wife and I are currently in dipute with The Mobile Outlet in regards to perfectly good cashback claims, I would avoid next time!!

I don't like to see dishonest companies ripping people off. Had considered the Mobile Outlet many times but only need to read the threads on here (almost universally bad!) about them or take another read through their t&c! Same applies (first point) to Phones2udirect and at least one or two others!

If it's a choice between phoneboxdirect , the mobile outlet and phones2udirect.. that's an easy call phoneboxdirect everytime.
