Calm down
Look ... you can just state you do not want any subs when you order.
Your substituted items are at the top of the receipt so easy to find if you are paying a different price.
The driver can issue a refund if you are not happy (it will take a few days to appear back on your card because of the banks not Sainsburys).
Sainsburys have a lot of happy customers (as do the other firms) but there are also a lot of impossible to please bar stewards out there as well.
If you have a problem ring the number at the top of your receipt instead of coming on here with ... DO NOT USE (Sainsburys, Tescos, Asda etc).
Noneof the supermarkets can be perfect all the time.0 -
Some of our drivers attended meetings for the region last week, it was announced there. Not sure when it will start, but it will start.
That's good to hear as currently its the only thing stopping me using them for online shopping despite the £15 off vouchers they keep sending me“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

They have lost customers because of this! I know colleagues that ordered a the bistro meal deal for £10 and one of the options was not there and the sub made the the cost of the meal to £18!!
Calm down, it's not exactly life or death is it? Hand the sub back to the driver if it's not wanted until such time as price matching is rolled out.0 -

I'll get hubby to ask when he's next in and report back, they've been pushing online big time for quite a while now, so it's a logical step. A lot of the drivers have been getting it in the neck and being time wasted as well over this, so it was welcome news to them.0
