Travelodge, we're 2 adults, what is better twin or family room?

Hello,
we are two adults and have a good deal with 15 pounds supersaverooms of Travelodge, but I can choose between a Twin room or family room at the same price, what is better?
Thanks.

Family room is bigger and as well as the main bed it has a sofa bed you can use as a settee.

    Take the family room

I was in 4 different travelodges in the last month and I agree go for the family room. The double bed is a king size.

The size of a family room and standard room are the same at most Travelodges. However, the family room will have a sleeper couch in it, so you can use it to sit on instead of having to sit on the bed.

My personal choice - family room!

I agree- put the lightest person in the sofa bed, though.;) Good size but perhaps not so good for the bigger boned person if there are any in the party.:o

Personally, I'd never touch a Travelodge whatsoever.

Maybe I had a bad experience with them, but now I stick with Holiday Inn's and Holiday Inn Express.

I'm earning almost 6,000 points a night with them (and 15,000 points gives me a free HI Express night), and getting free breakfast, it's a total no brainer!

If you get a family room you can give a bed to a mate in an emergency!

How is it a total no brainer! if the traveldge is £15 per night and the cheapest i have seen HI express is £39 but more normally £47 and the holiday inn is even more?

    Get You :)

I have 26 nights booked in holidays at Travelodges in August. All at less than £3.25 per person per night. How many nights would I get at a holiday inn or express for the same money.

    Travelodges do me just fine:T

Oh yes, and definately go for the family room :)

it depends if you want to share the bed with the other adult :p
