How is it a total no brainer! if the traveldge is £15 per night and the cheapest i have seen HI express is £39 but more normally £47 and the holiday inn is even more?
It's a no brainer because £39 is the standard RACK rate for most HIX's.
Use your companies corporate code, a leisure saver rate or even the 2-4-1 rate that's advertised on the website.
Using these I've managed to get into Holiday Inn's, even Crown Plaza's for less than £30, and HIX for £10.
Add onto all that your free breakfast at HIX and a shed load of points that can be converted into Air Miles for almost any airline, and your getting virtually the same rate as Travelodge plus a free holiday (flight and hotel) at the end of the year.0
