Hi, having problems signing in to the above.
I have used all my e mail addresses and it won't accept any, I have used this help club and bookmarked it but, my bookmarks have gone?
The silly thing is, I am signed in for the forum and no problem, I am at my wits end as I need help with changing my gas/lecky supplier. Any help would be appreciated.
How do I contact the modertors, perhaps they could throw some light on the problem?

Being unsure about what to do re dual fuel and currently with BG, someone mentioned this club but I knew nothing of it. Then by chance stumbled on this thread and saw the club mentioned again, so followed the link, joined, answered the questions and wow, they found me umpteen cheaper companies that offered a fixed term at their current charges, with no fee should I move.
My only problem is the "manage on line" bit, unsure how or if I dare proceed as we're about to have family for a few days and won't get to concentrate easily, but I really do want to go with their recommendation.

There is a utility forum somewhere...but did you have accurate 12months data to feed in? Just checking.
Don't worry about manage online. Doing the initial application will take 30mins? Then just monitor your emails. It'll take a few weeks to transfer.
PS.

I did use the utility forum so have double posted, I thought my contribution might benefit someone else. No, I didn't give detail, ie usage, but will try and add this during weekend. thanksThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. You just gave your existing supplier (and exact tariff) and your current cost(direct debit or whatever)? Should be good enough but best to be as accurate as possible to get the best comparison prices (sorry if that's obvious). No, I didn't give detail, ie usage, but will try and add this during weekend. thanks0
