Problem Downloading Latest Nationwide CC Statement

Just wondering if anyone else is have a problem downloading their Nationwide CC statement? I can see all the transactions and payment / due date on-line but trying to download the actual statement simply states 'please try later' as it has for a few days now. Previous months download fine.

Anyone else or just my account?

I have messaged them to let them know. Might be helpful if you could do the same so they don't think it's a one off.

Just tried again, can download last months no problem but Octobers I just get a spinning wheel of death.

Was that a statement generated in the last few days? If not, anything older seems to download fine.

I received a message back from Nationwide to say that they are aware of a problem affecting a number of customers and are urgently working to sort it out.

Sure enough, I have now been able to download my latest statement in PDF format.
