Getting weather reports for the flight date

Hi,
I have had the usual response from Thomson that they cannot pay compensation as there was adverse weather on the flight date and this counts as 'extraordinary circumstances'.
Despite the fact that in the previous two letters they sent me they used two totally different excuses!
So, how do I go about getting some official weather report for the flight date. It was 7th Dec 2010 (had to wait until the EU reviewed this again :-( ). I would like to have this to go to he small claims court.
thanks,
Degsy

The fact that you have two other excuses should work in your favour if documented. Rather than looking at the weather research what other flights arrived/departed on the same day - flightstats is your friend0
