Thanks Roger, I was hoping that you would answer and give me the answer I was hoping for. The deadline is 4th June, last time I got help through age concern in filling the form in. It was the 1st time it was renewed without an appeal, I kept a copy, so this time I think I might just copy it accross as nothing has changed. Maybe their wording was much better than mine.

I see that my postcode area is moving over to PIP from Feb 2014, so I guess this will be the last time for DLA. If they refuse the renewal and it has to go to appeal, would that be treated as a DLA appeal, or can they push me onto the PIP bus?

Read all of what you are submitting - and see if it is all true.
That it may not be the way you would describe it doesn't matter so much - is it a reasonable description of your situation.
Also - the form may have changed slightly, carefully check if this is the case, and see if any changes affect the answers to the questions.
Appeals would be treated as DLA.
(If you get it in in time).
