Ryanair not responding to letter!!

Options
Please help!! Wrote a letter to Ryanair trying to claim compo for delayed flight. Stated in letter I would be taking to court if not heard anything in 14 days, it has now been almost 4 weeks. What is my next course of action??

111KAB Is right, court is your next course of action.
Have a good read at the Ryanair thread on how to do this.
Successfully sued Ryanair in 2013/14...and have been 'helping' litigants since then.

    Current known score:-
Dr Watson 35 - 0 Ryanair / Ince and Co

Go to post 622 on the Ryanair thread to read how to sue them safely.

Or, having threatened court action, you could just write them another letter? Maybe this time enclosing a crayon drawing depicting the sad incident? That could work?

[Vauban apologises for the sarcasm "inherent" in this post but he has taken all reasonable measures to avoid it, and the pointlessness of the question was genuinely extraordinary.]
