Not yet, as 16th was a Saturday I would expect it to go out tonight as Saturday is the not a banking day! (When will the banks come into the 21st century and operate 24/7 like most of the rest of the country, "non banking days", I ask you!

Mine neither. And I had contacted customer services by email on the 16th asking for my account to be cancelled - and the initial payment hadn't even been taken yet - not sure if this will make a difference or not.
