EXPIRED 13 weeks Radio Times for 90p

Ordered mine 23rd October and the first issue has just dropped through the door, along with a lot of junk mail incorporated in the plastic sleeve, (well they have to have some income), there is also a note re the proposed national postal strike due to take place on Monday 04th November, they inform if your copy does not arrive on time for Saturday listings, to purchase a copy locally and contact RT when they will extend the subscription by 1 week accordingly.

On my account details it says my next DD is 16/11, that's certainly not 13 issues, does anyone else have this?

I would imagine that is for your first DD of 90p and then your next DD will be next year.

Have you checked your internet banking? Mine is set up but no money has been taken yet.

I got my subcription on 25th October and it has finally appeared in my account but the amount is not coming up and the frequency is showing as "not known". I don't know whether they have charged the 90 p yet and didn't get any letter in the post yet either? Does anyone know when it's best to cancel?

They will not have taken the 90p yet. You will get a letter telling you when they will take the 90p and the date of the next collection. I normally wait until about 2 weeks before the next collection date and then cancel. hth

Also, can anyone tell me the cancellation method? Are we able to do it online or do we have to make a phone call?
