Other peoples successes and failure are irrelevant to be honest.
Each case is different and individual.
You don't just reclaim PPI, you have to make a complaint about the PPI and have evidence to back up this complaint.
Do you have anymake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I did not ask for it to be on the card, at the time I worked for a government body so would have been more than covered ie 6 months full sick pay, then moving down to 6 months half pay etc. To be honest was only recently reminded had the PPI anyway when I queried a statement. Hope this is enough as it is probably a large amount of money by now.0

If you've had the card "for a very long time" and didn't ask for PPI, why did you not cancel it a very long time ago? It would have been itemised on every monthly statement that had a balance.0

You say in your other post that you have had the card for 20 years or so.
You would have signed the form accepting it.
If you've been paying PPI on the card, which you didn't want or need, why haven't you cancelled it.
Are you still paying it now.
The reason you give is very weak anyway and you don't stand much of a chance to be honest, if any.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Hi its a good question did not give it alot of thought at the time as I was v young. As regards the why have I not cancelled it good question however this forum is full of pepole like me who were not aware of this at the time and i dont suspect I am any different to them. Just asking what the procedure was to try and succesfully claim. I did not ask for or sign for any protection.

Just as an add on to the above why would my circumstance be any different to all the other people who were mis-sold this product?0

Just as an add on to the above why would my circumstance be any different to all the other people who were mis-sold this product? And not paying this anymore as of 2 months ago.0

Your circumstances may not be any different. Some policys were mis-sold, some were mis-bought. How did you apply for the card?0

I believe it probably was a form I filled in. But honestly can't remember. Think it was roughly 20 yrs ago so probably no record of my paperwork exists at thier end and I haven't got my paperwork.0

Why is there a poll attached to this thread? Clearly it's useless .0
