Well yes, there's no point booking it when the seller won't have a label for it. You don't need us to tell you that.0 -
Two other thoughts I have.
firstly, OP are you happy that the seller has boxed this all up properly in line with courier requirements, and secondly, does the size fir within the guidelines for the courier?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If I cancel it and send her the label then I presume that label won't be valid.
I don't think I had the option of picking a date past sunday when I booked it actually.

I couldn't find what the packaging requirements were on the website so she was going to either box it or use bubble wrap/parceltapeblack bags
It does meet the size guidelinesStay at home mum and blogger who loves to earn money online!0 -
Could she pop to the local library to print off?
with you paying for the printing and a little thank you?0 -
Hi,
I booked a collection with Parcelforce via Parcel Monkey recently and it said the courier would bring a label. Might depend on what service it is.

No no and thrice no, couriers do not like buble wrap and black sacks. You will have to ensure this is fully boxed in accordance with courier guidelines.
This item will be collected in a van, thrown in the back along with dozens of other parcels, dumped on concrete at hub and possibly piled into cages with heavy boxes on top.
Then reloaded and delivered- it MUST be boxed in a strong sturdy/rigid box and th epacked weight and dimensions is what you need to get a courier price.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Oh right thanks. It didn't say how it needed to be packaged anywhere and Ive received a pushchair by courier before that was wrapped in black bags so thought that might be ok.Stay at home mum and blogger who loves to earn money online!0 -
earthstorm wrote: »the fact is you use a service like parcel2go, you book courier who will collect the following day, so even posting SD would still be risky. the only option for not having to print labels for couriers is for the seller to take it to a PO and send it by RM parcel
NO, you don't. You use the calendar to select which day you want the collection made. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
