OK- confession time :EasterBun
I'm a big fattie after last night. Had my big lunch of JP beans and cheese, and then got home meaning to have small supper - instead had 2 fish fillets with oven chips with lots of broccoli. So frustrated as have been trying so hard to eat healthy. Think it was because I was alone last night and was more bored I guess than hungry.
Lunch today is a yoghurt to try and balance out last night's piggie feast.

Florenceem- thanks for that. It's so interesting to see what other people eat and their different ideas.
CP - don't worry - 20 isn't too bad. Did you stock up on items? Or is it treats and BOGOFs?

Thanks tessie bear - just feels like all my hard work during the week was blown. Will have to check calories though and see if it's not as bad as I fear.
ETA: Ok, each one is 250 cals so 500 cals overall. Not really ideal is it?
