Their behaviour is disgusting.
Constructive dismissal cases are very hard to win as Im sure you know. Also, before you go to tribunal, they expect that you try and sort out whatever issues there are, ie, youd be expected to raise a grievance or if you won, your award could be cut
Im sure their behaviour does leave a lot to be desired, but you need to channel your energies into trying to resolve what you can resolve
How long is your GP going to sign you off for?0 -
13. Months. But they can't argue my food is broken and is held together with plates and pins, I've serious soft tissue damage and torn tendons. I'm in constant agony. I'm being disciplined and I'm stressed out of my mind, to the point I can't eat or sleep, and I'm a nervous wreck.0

I'm seeing a specialist on 4 th nov, gp has signed me off until 18th nov because my foot is so swollen and has prescribed pain killers I can't drive with.0

13 months I see from previous thread.....
Constructive dismissal wins are 3% of those that goto trial
it costs upto £1200 to goto a tribunal....
your chances are slim I'm afraid of getting out of this with to much.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
I went to tribunal over unfair TUPE transfer and I won. Didn't realise you now have to pay and it's all changed, seems to me unless you've money to fight, employers can do what they want.0

You dont know you are being disciplined, the disciplinary hearing hasnt happened yet.
Whats the very worst that can happen? You lose your job. Not nice, Ive been there, twice. Ive been ill due to working conditions more than I care to remember. Ive met bullies and then more bullies and Ive been at times where if it werent for my family Id have been at rock bottom.
As I said to you before, not eating isnt going to help you. If you are a nervous wreck, then get back to your GP and ask them to give you something to help calm you
And in the scheme of things, what you have been accused of isnt massive. Its something you could fight and you said in other posts your job has been a nightmare lately as well.
Getting ill over this isnt going to help you.0 -

It is not constructive dismissal. You have the opportunity to present your case at the disciplinary. It is you that is delaying that happening.
No one is disputing the stress you are currently experiencing, but it is not going to go away until you face up to the disciplinary issue.0 -
I just feel like I'm being forced every which way. I feel I'm losing control of everything and I just want to curl up in a ball and never wake up.
They know they have me over a barrel.0 -

You are giving them control - going off sick has played right into their hands.
I know how hard this is, but hiding from it is only going to make things worse.0
