This problem has probably already been asked a million times, so apologies in advance!

Just got an HTC One on an Orange contract through Dialaphone. On the order confirmation email it said that insurance was not included, and I haven't yet been able to find any reference numbers for TMTI etc. Does this mean I haven't been signed up for it, or are they just being tricksy and making the numbers hard to find so that I get locked into paying for it?
