Thanks for your comments. I am a self employed laser cutter, which means I cannot work from home, and have orders I have to process at the workshop and products I can only work on in the workshop and need to be ready for trade events. The 1 1/2 days come from waiting in all day Thursday as promised Electrician would turn up and Monday morning.0

The problem you've got is he said 10-12 on the Thursday. It was your decision to wait outside those hours so I would be surprised if you could claim a full day. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
