    Hmmm...

The style of this one's writing looks very, very familiar to me - just like the one a while back that was trying to wheedle identifying info out of people posting with PE tickets.

But the court summons came 19/9 ... your post on that other site was dated 3/9, so YOU KNEW about all this WELL BEFORE the court papers.

    Busted!

If you are genuine you can see what you should have done (and can still TRY!) from this thread:

You haven't sent a defence and you MUST, or you will get a default judgment or they will drag it to a hearing as they can see you don't have any defence.

Do you have any household Insurance with legal cover.
If so call them as I do not think anyone is getting through to you.
You are just not listening or trolling. one or the other.
I have legal cover on house insurance - all it does is give you access to someone on a phone to provide advice as to what to do : when I rang it to ask if they would check my defence , the response was " not covered by this service" : they will help you fill out a form to see if the insurance will pay for more support ( the added comment was as this is self inflicted , not likely)

By contrast, I used my house insurance legal cover to get the same advice as you at first, but my cover then allowed me to use a firm of solicitors which they provided once the phone clerk had determined that I had good prospects of success. Those solicitors helped force Monarch to pay me more than my flights had cost, re a flight delay claim!

Trouble is, I seem to recall they would ONLY help with a case which was at pre-court stage. Not like the OP.

If you have lodged a defence and are genuine, this should help your case:

A lot has happened with PE small claims cases in the last few weeks.
