Persistent BSOD in Vista

On OH's computer, we get persistent, almost daily, BSODs.
I downloaded WhoCrashed, which suggests that most of them are coming from ntkrnlpa.exe, as follows;
On Sun 20/10/2013 16:09:20 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini102013-02.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlpa.exe (nt+0x7CB50)
Bugcheck code: 0x7A (0xFFFFFFFFC04DC1A8, 0xFFFFFFFFC000000E, 0xFFFFFFFFA13198C0, 0xFFFFFFFF9B835E22)
Error: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
Any suggestions where to look for a solution?

It's a 531, not a 1501, but I don't think that will affect the advice I've been offered ....
I've got Hijack this on my machine, will generate a log from OH's later on....0 -

Still waiting for the Service Tag.....
So we've had more than one Dell in the house, and I got the numbers mixed up ...0 -

"Your Service Tag is a unique five- or seven-digit alphanumeric (letter and number) code, which is found on a white bar-coded label affixed to your Dell computer or peripheral."
How will this help you to help us?
It's effectively a Dell serial number for each PC, so unless you have access to Dell's database.....?0
