Fantastic news Tandon after such a long and epic thread!

Don't supose you have a contact name for Savills for this site - in case another victim falls prey to PE.

Another loss for Parking Eye and another claim in Coupons hall of fame success thread!

The good news has come just in time for Christmas then.

Merry Christmas Tandon and a Prosperous New Year
Shame that Parking Eye won't be celebrating in the same manner re this case!

Thank you, yes it has been a struggle mainly because of B&Q's dis-interest untill recently. Yes I have a contact name at Savills for this site which is administered by their Finsbury Circus office.

Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year to you too!

Well done Tandon and well done Savills again...they have always been good at cancelling random fake PCNs, but this one caps them all as you'd had such hassle re the pathetic court case!

Merry Christmas Tandon! I will now add your success to the 'Complaints about PPCs' sticky thread for newbies to learn from - it's the second one cancelled at this same Retail Park site after court papers, the other one was cancelled by Mothercare. :)

Well after more investigating and sending of emails it would seem that the lease holder is Aegon UK Property Fund, operated on their behalf by Kames Capital (an Aegon company) and the managing agents are Savills.

Just to show people who to complain to, above, if they get a fake PCN from Parking Eye at the Arches Retail Park, Watford.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
