So go for Savills first, as already mentioned, they are usually good at cancelling fake PCNs if a complaint is polite and assertive.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd already written to Savills a couple of weeks ago but to an office up north. These inquiries have now lead me to the correct office in London that deals with The Arches Retail Park, so a letter was sent yesterday to the London address.0 -

Well I hope the London office is equally helpful. I had written to Savills but it turns out I sent it to the wrong office (I sent it to someone at Savills that had cancelled someone else's ticket) so another letter was posted yesterday.0 -
Well after more investigating and sending of emails it would seem that the lease holder is Aegon UK Property Fund, operated on their behalf by Kames Capital (an Aegon company) and the managing agents are Savills.
Tandon: Nice bit of detective work tracking this information.
Hopefully Savills (London) will instruct parking eye to cancel.
However, you will need written confirmation from Parking Eye that this charge has been completely cancelled.
Please also be aware as parking eye may conveniently overlook this instruction and/or write to you requesting payment for costs.
Do come back for further advice should this happen as these costs are not related to the original charge and are normally tax deductible business costs which you have no liability to pay.0 -
More court papers arrived on Thursday, "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track". Basically asking for my details, am I happy with the Small Claims Track, which court I would prefer, am I bringing witnesses and would I prefer to go to The Small Claims Mediation Service?
Any thoughts as to which is better, Barnet or St Albans County Courts?0 -
Neither.
Brentford or High Wycombe !!
see here for the first reason https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4800540
And make sure you refer to this case and Judge Jones case where she decided in favour of the motorist based on Jenkins' decision as he is the chair of the local judges or similar. All in POPLA Decisions thread.0 -
Totally agree, ask for Brentford or High Wycombe saying that it's nearer to your workplace or something.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Brentford is the easier of the two for me fortunately, so I'll try for that.
A bit of good news: I've received a letter from B&Q, albeit in a somewhat grudging tone, and making all sorts of excuses, stating that despite having no record of any letter from me (I've written numerous times and even had a couple of repies!) they have appealled to their landlord to have the parking ticket refunded. Whether they mean Kames (Aegon) the leaseholders or Savills the managing agents, they don't say. So fingers crossed!0
