Personal Debt - Time to make a plan!

Hey there,

So I've amassed around £14,000 in personal debt to family and friends mainly from moving country a few times and having to pay deposits (then losing them due to having to move to break the contract) and I really want to start a payment plan back to them.

A large percentage of it (About 35%) can be held off for a while but I want it gone.

My main question, other than where can I get advise on payment plans and budgeting is, does anyone know of any free software to help manage things like this?
:j Time to start saving for the future! :j
