Can I just check, did you mean "send a photo from the phone to the laptop", not "from the camera to the laptop". I doubt if your camera can send photos over bluetooth.

...but speaking of the camera, there's a small possibility that the cable which came with it will also fit the phone, in which case, I'd suggest trying connecting the phone to the computer with that cable.

No it doesn't, It is a micro connection. As you'd thrown this idea into the arena, I've looked in my box of internet cables etc just in case, but no luck.
