I wonder is anyone can help me with my problem with this phone.
My friend sent me a 10kb picture from her iphone to my text messages, I was requested to download it, this I did but, now I don't know how to view it?
I have looked everywhere for it, on Gmail, pics,camera, I just can't find the damn thing!
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you have mobile data on when downloaded .
\If so it may be in the Download folder .

Went into apps clicked on Downloads 'internet' and 'other', it says there is nothing downloaded?

I know I downloaded it , twice in fact!

Your phone may be set to store downloads in either the phone's internal or, if you have one, external storage cards

So, for example, on my phone under Apps I would go to

My files \ all files \ sdcard0 \ downloads

If the picture has downloaded look back through the conversation and you will see it in your messages (in place of the one that had the Download button) . Tap on the picture and it will open full size and you can then save it to your Gallery.

If you are still seeing the "Download" button (instead of a small version of the picture) then the picture has not downloaded.
