Police appeared to be exceeding the speed limit and passed on the left at an unsafe speed. The cyclist said he was turning right and i'm a bit skeptical of that (i know some cyclists turn into trolls with the camera on) but it doesn't excuse the officers behavoir. Next time the police are cycling on a right hand side lane, drop a gear and floor it by them on the inside and see how they react when you tell them it's their fault.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
