Scottsaver- I truly don't know what you should do having never done an online order. APGs continue to flummox even seasoned members. We all know what 'should' happen but that's the risk you take when you glitch shop. Glitches by their very nature are a bit unpredictable!
Add in the online element and someone else picking your shop.....makes me very nervous when it comes to APG! Anyway I hope you get something back.Debt free 6th December 2014

Now I am really confused and confuddled, by checking the apg on each of the previous shops does that mean I have claimed the apg on them.
You need to check the APG on each shop after it's delivered/C&C. You then click 'get a voucher' just like for instore shops. You can then do another shop, although your vouchers will take a few days to appear in your account. You can only look back at your last shops APG HTH0 -

Yes, very much so. Also add in the unpredictability of the APG even when there is no glitch - no surprises in the following press investigation into the A, S and T price comparison schemes
"Supermarkets set their own rules for what is and isn't compared under price-matching schemes, and sometimes stock products in different sizes, so it can be hard to tell which is the cheapest."
Take Supermarket price-match schemes with a pinch of salt .....

. Stressful weekend here. I had 'the Santa isn't real' conversation with DS2 last night and I could write a whole book on the fallout from that 1 conversation alone
It's also clock change weekend. One of the twice per year that he goes into complete overload mode driving himself mad over the discrepancy in the time. He literally cannot deal with it. It's known in our home a xxxxx's syntax error night.........because he is quite literally like one of those really old computers that couldn't cope and threw out the dreaded 'syntax error' message
Any bits of amusing conversation you can share with usDoes he cope ok with fireworks and Halloween ?
