    Good morning

Yes David, it is a Dyson, but think I have had it well over 5 years, cant find the receipt either to check.

I have 3 of these single mattresses in my basket and my total is nil, showing as -£187, surely that is not right.

Ring them they use the serial number.
The engineer they sent out said they work on a fortnight after it was made it was sold, so even if you have not registered it you get 5 years 2 weeks from manufacture.

Yes, i have seen reports that someone has done the Finest meal deal and included the cheese board as a dessert and used the Bzz moc`s towards payment, i have no idea how they compare though :(

I have not heard nothing from buzz, the last assignment i did was for the Vanish inwash stain remover in April.:(

    Thanks for this, just wondering if either;
    1) it doesnt matter which cup you pick - the prize is pre-selected
    or
    2) it does matter which cup you pick, and all the cups are the same....

If it is 2 then maybe the people who got the muffins/cakes etc would post which one they chose? I selected the middle one and got an extra shot of syrup....(better than nothing but would rather have something yummy and I thought they didnt charge for syrup anyways???)

I chose the middle one and got 195 points.

Legally (yes, legally :p ) they can't refuse you a refund if you have a receipt ;)

unless it's for a product excluded from return like ear-rings

ETA: and if something is bought online then LEGALLY they have to allow you a refund under the Distance Selling regs ;)

I am not sure that is the case, if bought in store ?

Your Statutory Rights for a refund are related to FAULTY items, not 'change of mind' that is the case here.

The shops here are offering an additional opportunity of a refund if you change your mind, but that is not a legal right. Surely they can refuse at the discression of management ?

    Haha nice one Tiger :)
    (Coffee machine)

I have decided to have a hair cut (maybe even colour!) and get myself a new lipstick. Isn't that normally the thing to do to ring in the changes? *runs off to book*

I am now wondering if I have made a mistake ..... I placed a c&c order for my oh to collect on tue and another one for today. Should I have waited until my vouchers from the first shop came through before doing another one??

Sorry to repost but has anyone else done this??

I wouldn't be too concerned if I have made an error as it was mainly shopping that we needed but perhaps a couple of snakes slipped in too ;)
