I get around it by spending the vouchers on a clothing item. I can never be bothered to try it on in the store and almost invariably it doesn't fit or I don't like it when I get home ! CS are always happy to refund under there satisfaction guarantee and the value is put onto a Gift Card (which is valid for 2 years).
It should work online if you buy something that you can return to the local store for a refund.
Can I help it if I'm an awkward size/can't make my mind up etc ?
I thought they had tightened up on this and were refusing refunds on shops bought primarily with APG's? I know at the time of very large APG's when everything was glitching at 32p with the Ambrosia a few got caught out with this.
I've got £28 that has to be spent by Monday - from 3 shops that took eons for vouchers to arrive. I'm wondering whether to just kill it & not go for any glitches at all? I can't remember the last time I shopped glitch free? I just wish I could spend them instore. £5 or £5.50 for delivery this weekend is FAR too much. NO click & collect near me. Hopefully using on a £3 del day Monday is going to be OK.0 -

Spoke to a friend whose hubby had same time as us & he was in bed. We're sleeping LOTS - which is extremely unusual for me especially as I had been getting by on 2-4hrs a night. My DH reacted like you when he had a flu jab many, many years ago. He gets the invitation for it every year but has never had one since! Touch wood he's never had flu either!Afternoon well have finally surfaced for the second time today and after a bit of light lunch and some more tablets am pleased to say am feeling a little better. Many thanks for the 2 above posts as this is something I had been thinking about myself and hearing that other peeps had felt the same way has made me realize this could be a very feasible explanation as to why I am still feeling unwell after 7days .Also thankyou for all your kind wishes:A This is a truly great thread at times of need Nannylala x
Glad you are feeling a bit better now. Thanks to all posters - I hav ebeen feeling so shattered this week was beginning to think the unthinkable and that Mr BC was back - but I did have a flu jab last week - so culprit found, had forgotten all about it. Thank you - weight off my mind ...:)0 -

Legally (yes, legally) they can't refuse you a refund if you have a receipt
unless it's for a product excluded from return like ear-rings
ETA: and if something is bought online then LEGALLY they have to allow you a refund under the Distance Selling regsApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
